USFS announces elevated wildlife crossings to be constructed – Comment by Aug 29.
The Kaibab and Coconino national forests are seeking public comments about a proposal to install up to three new wildlife highway crossings in Norther Arizona. Please submit comments in writing directly to the USFS by August 29. Email: comments-southwestern-coconino@usda.gov. A virtual public meeting will be held Tuesday, August 22, 6-7:30pm.
Attached is a public notice required by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) to inform APS customers of an upcoming hearing and public comment meetings related to their request, filed on Oct. 28, 2022, to increase rates (commonly referred to as a “rate case”).
At the end of the public process, the ACC will vote on the request at an open meeting and determine the new rates, which will take effect in December 2023, at the earliest. You are invited to participate in the public comment sessions. Additional information is available at aps.com/ratecase or azcc.gov (docket #E-01345A-22-0144).
Public Comment meetings will be held at the Commission’s offices at 1200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 at 10am on July 31, August 2 and August 10. Click HERE for a copy of the APS public notice with additional details.

BPRCC Zoom Meeting Guest Etiquette
Identify yourself with first and last name when you set up your zoom profile.
Arrive at least 10-20 minutes early. Guests will be checked against our RSVP list and admitted by the co-host.
We will lock the meeting at 9:15—no late entrance to avoid distraction.
Audio Settings/Options
Zoom will give you audio options – choose computer audio. Other audio options can generate disruptive feedback.
While in the waiting room, test your audio to make sure it is working.
When admitted to the meeting, your audio will be automatically muted. When called on to speak, you will need to Unmute your audio first.
Make sure you are familiar with the Raise Hand command on the toolbar. This is the only means that the Chair and presenters can see that you wish to speak. and helps to maintain an orderly and efficient meeting.
